Percival was surrendered under the assumption that he was normal. We didn’t realize he had such severe problems until we picked him up. Unfortunately Percival has extreme spinal defects as well as significant neurological deficits. He seems to be eating well and functioning. We will see if he worsens with time or if this stays the same. We suspect he has the same, but more advanced, disease process and little Eugene.
